A break from workin' 8 to 6!

Allyson and I went to Disneyland for a week. It was nice to get away to the land of the sun. It was really sunny....and hot. WHEW. I was dreaming of rain...NO I did not say that! We met up with my sister, Carla and her daughter Parri and family part of the time and enjoyed spending time with them.

My new discovery at D-Land was the Carnation Cafe breakfast. We'd eaten there for lunch many times and love the baked potato soup, but it was too hot for that. "Oscar's Breakfast" is definitely the way to go. Yummmmmmm.....

You also want to hit up the new Toy Story ride in California Adventure...it is a blast.

At long last....a font size one can read...if the reader is of a certain age.
The good old days are gone and so is the eyesight. My eyesight was fine until I bragged over the pulpit that I could still read my small print scriptures without eyeglasses.

I swear, the next day, I had to use reading glasses! So...if you can still see the small print, learn from your elders and keep your mouth shut.
